My body holds my essence in form.
It is the intentional and necessary shape for my essence to have a human experience.
My essence enrolled in this human experience in order to learn.
My body forms a schoolhouse for my essence to fulfill this purpose.
I am grateful for my body.
It is sensitive (offers immediate feedback, attentive).
It is soft (eager to learn, spacious).
It is temporary (fit for purpose, aware).
I’ve just received some feedback from my body.
In the spirit of, “We come here to learn,”
How does it feel to be in my body right now?
What is my body teaching me about who I am?
What are the lessons my body is eager for me to learn?
What is the purpose of my body?
How can I honor what my body has invited me to learn?
A relationship holds the essence of two people in form.
It is the intentional and necessary shape for our essence to share a human experience.
Our essence enrolled in this relationship in order to learn.
Our relationship forms a schoolhouse for our essence to fulfill this shared purpose.
I am grateful for our relationship.
It is sensitive (offers immediate feedback, attentive).
It is soft (eager to learn, spacious).
It is temporary (fit for purpose, aware).
We’ve just received some feedback from our relationship.
In the spirit of, “We come here to learn,”
How does it feel to be in our relationship right now?
What is our relationship teaching us about ourselves as individuals?
What are the lessons our relationship is eager for us to learn?
What is the shared purpose of our relationship?
How can we honor what our relationship has invited us to learn?
